Discipleship Missions has been In operation since 1986 and
has 260 churches planted through constant crusades and church planting
department led by pastor Patrick and Felister Baligasima.
Before the call, Patrick worked as foreman in engineering
department of Uganda Transport Workshop in Kampala city and
in 1991 joined
Alpha-Omega Seminary in Jinja. And he graduated with BA in bible and
theology in 1995.

Felister his wife trained as medical Nurse and worked for
six (6) years in government biggest hospital known as Mulago Hospital. God called felister into ministry just as he called her husband Patrick
and left nursing for soul winning and trained and graduated with a diploma
in Christian Ministry Services Programme from Word and Spirit Seminary in Busembatia in 2000.

Patrick and Felister have been in Ministry since 1986 when
God called them out of their professional jobs to preach and plant churches
and have seen 260 churches planted including their current head quarter-
Busembatia worship centre which started with five members but now has two
hundred (2000) believers every Sunday morning. And the centre is under
construction planned to seat 3500- 4000 with a balcony and gallany and
offices.
